Give Back to the Community! Volunteer w/ Urban Harvest

Help make our city greener!  Plans for a new City Hall Victory Garden are becoming reality this Friday and Saturday, September 24-25.  But they need your help!  Urban Harvest is working with community partners to create a Victory Garden at Tranquility Park in downtown Houston.  The group needs project volunteers, plant donations, and material sponsors.  Work is 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. both days.  Contact Mark Bowen (mark@urbanharvest.org) at Urban Harvest for more information.
